Prior to submitting the Incident Escalation Form, we ask that the reporting party wait 24 hours after the incident (unless the incident is egregious in nature) to allow for emotions to subside that could allow for a clearer view of the incident.  Please note:  The league will investigate all claims submitted to determine next steps, which can include interviews and further questions to the content submitted here.
