baystate game change process

Please use this Game Change Request Form within the Game Day Resources Menu to submit a request to change a game. No Change Requests will be honored that do not follow the below process, utilizing the Form.

1. Reach out to the opposing coach. 

Prior to submitting the request you will need to reach out to the opposing coach and insure that they agree with the proposed change and the team can make the new game date/time/location.  Please note:  The league should not be included on this communication with the opposing coach.

2. Upon agreement with the opposing coach, fill out the Game Change Form.

The Form:

After filling out information that identifies you and your program, you will be asked to select the TYPEof request you are making.  

• One that is specific to a single game
  • Single Game Issue Request Example:  Please swap game 1045 with game 1216 on field 1.  (yes that is two games but it’s a super easy way to capture the game number)
• One that might apply to multiple games. 
  • Single Issue Request that Applies to Multiple Games Example:
• You need to move games on 10/07 from Field A to Field B
• Games on 10/14 need to start an hour and half later.
• Submitting a request that says  “Please change our game vs Lynnfield to 2pm” may relate to one or more of your teams or one or more of the games for a single one of your teams. 

After identing the type of request and the game, you will be asked to what prompted the game request- this could be Weather Related, Field Related, or due to another type of issue.

Stating your Request-

• Please reference the Game Number associated with your game when submitting your request.  Please be as specific and concise as possible when describing your requests.
• Please submit the part of the communication thread where the opposing coach has agreed to change after the detail about the change you are requesting.   

3. Await confirmation from TeamsCompete that the game was updated.
